My Data Engineering Professional Course at IBM Skill Network (Coursera - 211 hr · 13 courses · 1 capstone) has served as an inspiration and eye opener to many fun personal projects that I have undertaken, from NoSQL databases, relational databases (RDBMS), Shell scripting, Python, Airflow, SQL, Kafka as well as familiarity with Hadoop and Spark, and creating data warehouses utilizing business intelligence tools.

Writing, Speaking & Dev Community Works

As a strong advocate of Dev Communities, I love teaching developers and data engineers how they can solve a particular problem with ease with the articles I write on my blog. I also love being part of #Devfest events to meet with developers like myself so I can learn from what they know and increase my network as well.

I am currently enjoying myself by creating articles on Data Engineering related topics for aspiring Data Engineers. And when I am not doing Data engineering stuff, I will probably be watching some Netflix sci-fi series or playing basketball :).
